X-Shipping policy

We ship directly from our local overseas warehouses to provide customers with faster, more efficient, and more reliable delivery services. By fulfilling orders from strategically located warehouse facilities, we are able to reduce processing time, improve logistics efficiency, and help ensure that products reach customers in a timely manner.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–12 business days, depending on the destination, product availability, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions. For customers who need faster delivery, expedited shipping options may be available, with estimated delivery times of 2–5 business days in eligible areas.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available, allowing customers to monitor the delivery status of their package. Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, remote-area transportation limits, or delays from local logistics providers.

Please note that door-to-door delivery may not be available for certain remote islands or hard-to-reach locations. In these cases, delivery services may be limited by local carrier coverage, regional access conditions, or transportation restrictions.

However, in eligible regions, last-mile pickup services may be arranged through local logistics partners. Customers may be required to collect their package from a designated pickup point, service station, or local carrier facility. We will do our best to provide available delivery information and support customers throughout the shipping process.
