User Rights & Responsibilities
You are entitled to receive products that accurately match the descriptions, specifications, and product information provided at the time of purchase. We are committed to offering products that meet established quality standards and are suitable for normal intended use.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items promptly to confirm that the product, quantity, and overall condition are correct. If you notice any visible damage, missing parts, or other issues that may have occurred during transit, you must report the problem within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review and process your claim efficiently, please provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the product condition, packaging, shipping label, and the specific issue. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may require additional verification before a solution can be provided.
Please use the product according to the provided instructions and intended purpose. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or improper use of the product may affect product safety and performance, and will void the warranty.
Warranty & Returns
We provide a 1-year statutory warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal usage conditions. Covered issues may include factory-related defects, hardware malfunctions, interface failures, or other non-human-caused quality problems.
In addition to the warranty coverage, we offer a 14-day no-reason return policy, subject to the product being returned in accordance with our return requirements. The item should be in acceptable condition, with original accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable.
For returns or exchanges caused by confirmed product defects, incorrect shipments, or quality-related issues, we will cover the return shipping costs as well as any applicable taxes related to the return process. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or other appropriate solution based on the specific situation.
Liability & Compliance
Our products are designed and supplied in accordance with applicable regulations and standards in the target markets. Where applicable, we also follow relevant data protection requirements, including GDPR-related privacy and information handling standards.
We take responsibility for verified product quality issues that are caused by manufacturing defects, original product faults, or incorrect shipments. However, we are not liable for damages or losses resulting from misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or failure to follow product instructions.
This includes, but is not limited to, water damage, accidental drops, physical impact, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, delivery delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, natural disasters, public emergencies, or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase amount of the order. This limitation applies to any refund, replacement, compensation, or other claim related to the product or service.
